For coating
4 spoon. Maida
2spoon. Cornflour
as per tasteSalt
1spoon. Red chilli powder
1egg
1/2 tsp.Soya sauce
1spoon. Ginger garlic paste
In a pan
2 tsp.Oil
1spoon. Ginger garlic paste
2diced onion
2diced capsicum
2green chilies
as per tasteSalt
1 tsp.Vinegar
2 tsp.Tomato ketchup
1/2 tspsoya sauce
1 tsp.Red chilli sauce
Final ingredients
as per need Cornflour slurry
as required Some sugar

Coat the chicken and double fry it.

Add the ingredients in a pan and cook the chicken for 1 min.

Add Cornflour slurry and sprinkle some sugar.
