10-12Golgappe
2potatoes boiled
1onion chopped
Handfulblack chickpeas boiled
to taste salt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
2 tsplemon juice

Keep Golgappe aside.In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them nicely.take golgappa and break it from upper side.fill it with potato filling.

Make all golgappa like this.aloo papdi is ready to serve.
