Ingredients

  1. 3 packsrice noodle, soak
  2. 5 pcsgarlic, minced
  3. 3 pcsshallot, slice
  4. Halfcabbage, slice into small size
  5. 1small carrot, strips
  6. 1small can luncheon meat
  7. 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  8. 1 tspoyster sauce
  9. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  10. Pinchblack pepper
  11. 2 cupswater
  12. 1small chayote, strips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice luncheon meat into strips then fy it. After that set aside.

  2. 2

    Add oil then sautee garlic and shallot until aromatic. Then add all veggies. Mix then pour all the condiments. Mix well then cover and let it simmer.

    When the veggies are half done, scoop it all and set aside. Leave the sauce.

  4. 4

    Pour the rice noodle and cook until soft. Add in the veggies and luncheon meat. Mix well. Remove from flame.

    Then serve.
