Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Take a heavy bottom kadhai cook mango with 1 Cup water till mango become soft. Add sugar and all spices.

Take grinder. Make a paste of fresh mint leaves, Ginger and one teaspoon sugar with one table spoon water.

Add this paste in cooked mango. After all ingredients mixed cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Which of the flame and let it cool down. Our mango concentrate are ready.

For prepare the drink. Take a glass.add 2 tablespoon of prepared concentrate. Add add one glass of child water. You can add ice cubes also. Serve this drink chilled.
