Steps

Sift baisan with salt. Make smooth batter by adding water slowly.do not make runny batter or not to stiff or thick batter. Lastly add soda and mix well.

Heat oil in wok.to make bondi we need spoon with holes.when oil is hot,turn flame to medium.keep spoon over wok.pour batter at spoon and spread it with spoon to drop bondis in oil.

Once the wok is full.let them fry to golden brown.rotate the spoon over wok to distribute in oil evenly.

Take out from oil and let them cool.than keep in ziplock or airtight box.use when needed
