Ingredients

  • 300 gspinach
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspshoyu (soy sauce)
  • 2 tbspsmushroom dashi/water
  • 1 tspminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Place spinach in a microwave bowl. Cover and Microwave on medium (800W) for 1.5 mins.

  2. 2

    Mix egg and all condiments together. Then pour over spinach. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Microwave on medium (800W) for 1 min. Take out and mix. Then microwave again for another 1 min. Done!
    A quick side dish to accompany our lunch mains.
