It is none other than EGG ROLL.
Steps

Finely chop onion, cucumber, add salt + chat masala, mix well and keep aside. Filling is ready.

Break egg, add milk + salt + red chilli powder and Whisk well.
Keep already cooked rotis aside. - 3
In pan add butter / oil, pour egg mixture, spread evenly all over and cook for 1-2 minutes under low flame, place roti and press gently.

Now flip and cook the other side (keeping roti side on pan) and add the filling and add tomato sauce also.

Cook for few seconds and start rolling gently and carefully.

Transfer to a plate and follow the same process with rest of the eggs and roti.
Egg Roll is done. - 7
Serve with tomato ketchup, salad and enjoy with tea.
