#NFC..Even during fasting we often have sweet craving. Here is simple sheera to satisfy your sweet craving and also enjoy the goodness of gluten free Amaranth (Rajgira) Flour

In a pan add 3 tablespoon of ghee in after that add 1 cup of Amaranth flour....mix the two and after few minutes once it is roasted (indication it will become dark brown in colour)

Add around 1.5 cup of hot milk. Now keep mixing and slowly milk will dry up...don't dry it much....it should have sheera like texture

Add Elaichi, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and crushed pepper. Lastly add jaggery powder. Give a very good mix to the sheera, it will release slight ghee and leave the bottom of the pan. Close the gas immediately or else jaggery will become chewy

Serve the sheera with walnuts as eating nuts is beneficial in vrat
