Ingredients

10 muffins
  1. 90 grself raising flour
  2. 50 grchopped walnuts + 5 walnuts for garnish
  3. 1 tbbaking soda
  4. 1 1/2 tbcinnamon
  5. 40 grcaster sugar
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 2over ripe bananas
  8. 90 grmilk
  9. 50 mlsunflower oil
  10. 1M egg
  11. 1 tbgood vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all dry ingredients

    Combine all wet ingredients and blend or mix

    Combine the 2

    Put 10 papercups into mould. Put in wet dough. Garnish with half a nut

  5. 5

    Bake for about 17-20 min in a 180° C fan oven
