Wash the Sabudana. Add a little water just covering the sabudana and keep aside for soaking till 1 hour.

Heat the ghee and oil in a nonstick pan on medium flame. Add the cumin seeds and curry leaves. Saute it. Then add a chili piece and salt. Saute it and add the sugar, potato pieces, peanut powder, and Sabudana. Mixed well and pour out in the microwave-safe bowl.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water. Covered the bowl and put it in the microwave. Cook till 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes take out the bowl. Add the lemon🍋 juice and mix well. A very easy-making lumps-free Sabudana Potato Khichdi is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Finger chips and curd.
