Dry roast green moong dal until you get anice aroma.

Pressure cook green moong dal until soft.

Disolve jaggery in 1/2 cup of water and strain to remove impurities.

Boil jaggery for 5-7 minutes, add cooked moong dal and allow it to boil for 5-7 minutes.

Slightly cool the payasam and add coconut milk.

Fry chopped nuts in ghee and add to green moong dal Payasam.
Payasam is ready to serve.
