Cut yam into pieces

Peel and cut into desirable size

Wash and put in boiling water

Sprinkle some salt and boil for 10-15mins

Strain in a drainer

Mix egg with seasoning, pepper and onion and mix the yam with the egg

Fry in oil until golden brown and serve
