Inspired by the spaghetti that I ate in Venice last weekend.

Start cooking with mashed garlic and olive oil on a pan.

Add mussels.

Pour 3 spoons of white wine
- 4
Put the lid and wait until mussels are cooked.

Prepare tomato while waiting for mussels.

When the shells open, they are ready and pick them out. Please leave the oil, just pick the mussels.

Cook tomatoes with the oil in the pan.

Start boiling spaghetti. Add enough salt.

When tomato become mushy, put the mussels back.

Add salt and black peppers.

Add cooked spaghetti. You should add grated parmesan cheese.

Put parsley and cheese on top. Bon appétit!
