  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 4 tbspoats
  • 10almonds(soaked n peeled off)
  • 5dates (soaked n seedless)
  • As per taste sugar(optional)
  • 2,3 tbspfull fat cream

    Chopped the strawberries n add in blender than add almonds n dates..
