Steps

Heat ghee/oil.
Add whole garam masala. Sputter.
Add Ginger garlic paste.
Add turmeric powder.
Add coriander leaves.
1/2 TSP Garam masala.
Add onions/tomatoes and salt and cook till tomatoes are soft and oil separates. - 2
Turn flame super low.
Mildly summer from here on.
Add prawns. Cook for less than a minute.
Add rice.
Mix nicely.
Cover and let cook without stirring on lowest possible flame.
Done.
