Ingredients

  • 1 cupboil potato
  • 3/4 cuptapioca pearl
  • 2 table spoonshama rice atta
  • 1/2 tsprock salt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 table spoonmint leaves
  • 1 table spoonroasted pea nuts
  • 1/2 cupwhite oil
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi leaves
  • 2 table spoontopioca pearl atta

Steps

    At first,smased the boiled aloo with salt,pepper,mint and kasuri methi leaves..

  2. 2

    Then,add pearls and mix it.

  3. 3

    Next,add tapioca pearls atta in the potato smashed with shama rice atta.

  4. 4

    Add some oil in it and make a dough.

  5. 5

    Take slices and roll it in a butter paper with greased oil..

  6. 6

    Tempted oil in pan and keep the rolled paratha in pan with butter pepper and remove it slowly from the paratha.

  7. 7

    Fry it one side and fliped it for another side...

  8. 8

    After frying keep it in pan with the use of spatula and serve it with aloo sabji...
