An absolutely incredible twist given by me to the ever popular drink with the use of King of Fruits- The Mango! This particular one is unique in more ways than one. It has Basil Seeds along with Roohafza and Mango. A very refreshing one indeed. It should be served chilled. Simple yet so elegant and colourful apart from being healthy ofcourse. Basil seeds add that cooling effect and I make this every other day to beat the blazing heat of the Sun here in the Middle East. Come Summers and there is absolutely a tough time for most of us. To beat the scorching heat of the Sun, there is nothing better than this Coolant. Serve this beautiful looking Coolant to family and friends. And what better way to subdue our hunger pangs or midnight cravings than gulping down a chilled glass of this satiating drink. It helps keep our body cool and has a soothing effect on our stomach plus tastes yummy too.

With the addition of Mangoes, it becomes even more unique and flavourful. Looks gorgeous and tastes equally awesome too.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

  3. 3

Serve this super duper chilled at Iftaar. You will just love it. Yum!
Sugar can be totally skipped if the Mangoes are sweet. As it is Roohafza is sweet and therefore this drink doesn't really require much of Sugar. So use it accordingly.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
