Take a bowl add Rava /sooji,add curd and pinch of salt and mix well.keep it aside for 30 minutes. Than grease the idli mold with oil and heat 2cup water on idli pot and cover it.

After 30 mint add baking soda or eno on batter and add some water to make perfect batter. mix it one direction as well and make thick batter like idli consistency.now fill the batter on idli mold and put in idli pot.cover it and cook for one whistle or if you can check with toothpick to proper cooked.

When toothpick came out clean from idli than it is perfect cooked.now turn off flame and rest it cool for some minutes. remove idli carefully with the help of spoon or knife.it is ready to serve with chutney or sambhar.
