Steps

Wash and soak rice and Sabudana sepretely in water for 2-3 hours. Now drain water. Grind both with yogurt make course batter like idli batter.

Transfer batter in bowl add salt oil mix rest for 10min. Boil enough water in idli steamer
- 3
Grease idli mould with oil. Add Eno in batter whisk with spoon pour idli batter into greased idli mould.

Transfer the filled moulds to steamer pan cover with lid and steam. Cook for 10min. Remove hot idli moulds from steamer pan. After little cool gently remove from each mould.

Serve with chutney.
