  • 1 cupsooji roasted
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1 tbsp dry fruits powder
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a kadai add sooji and besan and roast till nice aroma

  2. 2

    Add sugar keep mixing then carefully add 2cups warm water mix it add dry fruits powder mix and cover with lid cook for few minutes open water is soaked mix it nicely add dry fruits.
