  • 100 gMomen tofu(firm tofu), cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Marinade sauce
  • 1 tbspDashi
  • 1 tbspMirin
  • 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1/2 tbspSesame oil
  • Other ingredients
  • 2 sliceswholewheat toast,
  • 3chicken breast sausage
  • 2Rosemary ham
  • HandfulVegetables
  • 1 tbspLow fat Salad dressing

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients. Mix marinade sauce.

    Use paper towel to remove excessive water from tofu. In a container, add tofu and marinade sauce. Marinade tofu for 15 min.

    Set air fryer 190c/15 min. Check and flip tofu at 7-8 min.

    Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with vegetables and other side dish.
