Today I have made tasty tasty snacks Paneer Tikka.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add curd, corn starch, maida, milk powder, cream, green chilies paste, coriander mint chutney, salt, Kasuri methi and mix it properly marinate paste is ready.

Then add paneer pieces and mix everything well so that the paneer pieces are well coated with the marinate and keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes now put these marinated paneer pieces on a hot pan with ghee and cook on low flame from all sides until it gets a good colour and cooked then turn off the flame.

Now spread some grated cheese on the top, cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame until the cheese melts completely.

Then place hot coals in a bowl and place the bowl middle of the tikkas, pour ghee on top and cover the tikkas for 2 minutes to smoke.

Cheesey Hariyali Paneer Tikka is ready. Serve immediately with chutney or sauce.
