Cut chicken into bite sized cubes.

Set stove to high heat and add oil, shallot, and garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add in red curry paste and cook 20-30 seconds while continuously stirring.

Add chicken, fish sauce, ginger, seasoning sauce, and sugar.

Quickly sear chicken on all sides, and then add green beans and kaffir leaves. Add water and cook until chicken is cooked through.

Add Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted.

Serve with Jasmine rice and enjoy!
