Nick’s Beef & Beer Chili

This is our favorite recipe for those cold nights of winter. Like all my recipes, I experiment with them until I find out how to make them easy, with natural ingredients and tasty. This chili is on the sweeter side, however, the heat can be adjusted by adding more chili powder. Hope you’re and Family enjoys it as much as mine. #KeepRecipesAlive

Once I found a recipe for Chili con Carne (Beef Chili) at Whole Foods. I had never made chili before. I prepared that chili and liked it, but over the years I made changes that made me like it even more. When hosting for vegetarian friends, I replace the ground beef with diced tempeh.#chili #beans #beef #meat #carne #onion #tomato #cilantro #stew #meal #dinner #supper #lunch #wholesome #satisfying #winter #cold #warm #hot #soup #Mexican #tempeh Ricardo -

Beef & Chorizo Chili Beef & Chorizo Chili
1st chili batch of the year and decided to do something a little different than our norm. Used up another pound of the awesome homemade chorizo I had in the freezer and went with 1/4 cup of my own homemade chili seasoning (see my "chilly chili seasoning" recipe). The result was a delightfully spicy chili anyone could appreciate. StephieCanCook -

Beef and Sausage Chili Beef and Sausage Chili
Everyone has their own version of chili, this is our family's. It’s a combination of ground beef and italian sausage with lots of vegetables slow simmered in a crockpot for a hearty slightly spicy full flavored chili without beans. We serve it in bowls with add ins on the side, such as cheddar cheese, green onions, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes and sour cream. Leftovers are great on a baked potato or pasta. fenway -

Ground Beef Chili Ground Beef Chili
Using a high quality ground beef and garden fresh veggies set this over the top! I am lucky that I have access to Longdale Farm products through my work and have hardly been able to wait to make a batch of chili with their ground beef. I highly recommend trying out chili with a really good ground beef, what it does to the flavor is unreal. Plus we finally nailed down a spice blend that balances all the flavors we want in chili. jason williams -

A simple yet delicious beefy chili. I like a simple chili but anything can be added to it to make it your favorite: peppers, noodles, tomatoes, whatever your idea of chili is. Dan Flynn -
