Mousse is very creamy and melt in mouth dessert. I have made eggless version of it and added some paan leaves to it . Paan mousse is very refreshing and cooking dessert for Ramadan .

Mousse is very creamy and melt in mouth dessert. I have made eggless version of it and added some paan leaves to it . Paan mousse is very refreshing and cooking dessert for Ramadan .
Steps

First in a grinder take paan leaves, fennel seeds and gulkand. Now add condensed milk into this. Grind it well and make paste like consistency. Paan paste is ready.

Now ina chilled bowl take chilled whipping cream and beat it until gets soft peaks. Now add paan paste into this and mix gentaly.

Transfer this into individual glasses or bowls. And garnish it tutti-frutti. Keep this into refrigerator for about 4 hours. Enjoy chilled.
