Ingredients

30 min.
2 servings
  • 1 cupwhole almonds
  • 1/4 cupjaggery (adjust)
  • 21/2 cupmilk
  • 3green cardemom pod
  • as required Few chhoped cashunuts
  • as required Few chhoped almonds
  • As RequiredFew saffron strands

Steps

30 min.
  1. 1

    Soak almonds in hot water for 30min. Peel and grind with green cardemom pod and little milk into fine smooth paste. Mix saffron in 2 tabspoon milk. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Boiled remaining milk with jarggery dissolve to boiled milk add almond paste. Countinue boil and keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Top with chhoped almonds chhoped cashunuts and safron strands.
    Serve cool.
