Bengali Style Sweet Raw Mango Chutney

Delicious raw mango chutney is good for summer season

Steps

First wash mango properly twice. Then wiped with a clean cloth. Cut the mango in thick slices. If you want to peel the mango it is optional. Once it is done keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, broken red chilli and bay leaf. Saute it for few minutes..

Then add raw mango. Saute it for few seconds. Add one by one tyrmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, fennel seeds powder. Mix it well....

Cook till the mango is tender. Then add grated jaggery as needed. No need of adding water. Cook in a slow flame.

Cook till the jaggery dissolves and it is thick in consistency.Once it is done.

Then transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and roasted cumin powder.

Now it is ready to serve raw mango sweet chutney....Enjoy with chappati's...
