You can use this pulled chicken in a variety of recipes: BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, wraps, as an ingredient in ramen or soups, and more.

Thinly slice the onion and spread it on the bottom of the Crockpot.

Add the chicken breast, sprinkle with a little salt, and drizzle with olive oil.

Set the Crockpot to high and cook for 3 1/2 hours.

When done, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.

Add the cooked onion from the bottom of the pot and mix everything together.

Use the pulled chicken for sandwiches, wraps, nachos, soups, and more.
