  1. 1 large mango
  2. 9 Soaked almonds/ badam
  3. 5 tspHoney
  4. 1 cupCurd
  5. as requiredIce

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the badam/ almond till they become

    I have taken one large mango cut into pieces

    In a mixer jar, add the chopped mangoes, badam,honey, curd, and ice cubes. Now blend to smooth consistency.

    Pour this into a tall glass.

    Your delicious and healthy mango smoothie is ready to be served.
