Crispy Chicken / KFC-Style

First, make small cuts in the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with turmeric, salt, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for 6-7 hours. After marinating, take the chicken out and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces if needed. In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and add a little milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well. In a separate plate, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, a pinch of salt, chili flakes, and black pepper powder.

Place the crushed corn flakes on another plate. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then coat it well in the dry flour mixture. Dip it again in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the crushed corn flakes.

Fry all the chicken pieces until golden and crispy. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice over the fried chicken and serve hot with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your crispy fried chicken, KFC-inspired!
