A perfect combination with pap during this Ramadan
Steps

Soak, pound roughly and peel the beans, wash and remove the chaff.

Add the pepper, red bell pepper, crayfish and onion then blend to smooth paste.

Add in the palm oil, maggi and salt. Then turn together to mix thoroughly

Cut into halves and then in a tin put in the moi moi paste and put the egg in.

Set in a pot with water, cover and cook.

Enjoy with pap, fried red oil and pepper 😋😋😋

Boil and peel the eggs
