Firstly take 1.5 cups of Desiccated coconutand add 1/4 cup milk and keep a side for 10 minutes.

In a pan take half cup milk and switch on gas when milk boil at half cup sugar 1)4th cup cream and coconut powder.mix it will tell it become a soft dough.no water should be there.

Prepare a tin line with parchment paper and spread this white layer press it completely and allow it to cool down and keep it in fridge for half an hour.

Now preparing second layer

Take take one and a half cup desicated coconut at 1/4th Cup milk. leave for 10mins

In a pan add half cup milk when milk boils at one fourth Cup sugar one fourth Cup cream and coconut mix it will and cook till it becomes a soft dough.add red emulsion also.

Now now spread this mixture over white coconut layer spread it properly and allow it to cool down garnish it with nuts.

Let it set overnight.
