Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsglutinous rice (about 300 grams)
  2. 1 cupgranulated sugar (about 200 grams)
  3. 1 1/4 cupscoconut cream (about 300 ml)
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. Cooked black beans, as desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except the sugar to a pan.

    Simmer until the coconut cream is absorbed, then add the sugar and continue to cook until thickened.

  3. 3

    Wrap the mixture, then steam over high heat for 30 minutes and continue steaming over medium heat for another 1 hour.
