Ingredients

2 cupsglutinous rice (about 300 grams)
1 cupgranulated sugar (about 200 grams)
1 1/4 cupscoconut cream (about 300 ml)
1/4 teaspoonsalt
Cooked black beans, as desired

Steps

Add all ingredients except the sugar to a pan.

Simmer until the coconut cream is absorbed, then add the sugar and continue to cook until thickened.

Wrap the mixture, then steam over high heat for 30 minutes and continue steaming over medium heat for another 1 hour.
