Steps

Soak the rice for half an hour and than roasted in ghee after draining the water.

Than grind it coarsely in mixer jar.

Pressure cook the rice with 1 glass of milk till 1 whistle.

Than open the cooker and add remaining milk, sugar and elaichi and cook it till it become thick.

Than add makhana powder and custard powder and mix. Stir of continuously for sometime.

Than add roasted dry fruits and mix it.

Cook it till the consistency become thick.

Serve warm or chilled as you like. Enjoy
