Take vessel add saunf, black pepper, clove, cinnamom, cardamom, cumin seeds bayleafs, garlic, ginger,onion 2green chillies,cashew, magajtari seeds and boil them on medium flame and on cool make a paste

Take another vessel add oil heat add material paste and saute it, then mix boiled caroots and green peas

Take other big vessel heat add ghee make a layer of material then add cooked rice layer again make layer like this

Garnish with capsicum, tomato fried potatoes, fried onion add chat masala

Take charcoal burn and put in biryani with closed vessel on charcoal put ghee and let it smoke add a smoky taste to biryani and ready to serve
