Ingredients

  • Bhurji Paneer
  • 400 gmpaneer
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspkashmiri mirch powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • Garlic Naan
  • 2 cupsmaida
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspdahi or 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 cupmilk, (can be altered),
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as required Some grated garlic
  • as per required Some chopped dhania patta,
  • as required Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Bhurji Paneer:
    Take paneer and crumble it in a plate and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and let it splutter then add chopped onion saute till it gets translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and saute till the raw aroma of the ginger garlic goes away.

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt and saute well, then add chopped tomato and cook till they becomes soft, now add little milk and mix it well, add kasuri methi and butter, mix everything well.

    Now add crumbled paneer and mix it lightly and finish with chopped coriander leaves and properly mix it well.

    Paneer Bhurji is ready. Serve it hot with Roti Naan.

    Garlic Naan:
    Take a mixing bowl, add maida.

  7. 7

    Now add salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & yeast, or dahi. Mix it well.

  8. 8

    Add milk slowly, knead a soft dough. Cover it with the lid, rest it for 15 minutes.

  9. 9

    Open the lid, brush some oil, knead it again. Cover it again rest it for 2 hours.

    Dust some maida on the rolling board, make a log, cut equal portions from the dough, make smooth balls.

    Roll it in oval shape or any other shape, make Naan.

    Brush very Lil butter onto the Naan, add garlic & dhania patta, roll it again evenly.

  13. 13

    Take an iron tawa, heat it. Brush water thoroughly on the other side of Naan, place it over the Tawa water side down.

  14. 14

    Cook it for 2 minutes, naan will become puffy. Turn the Tawa, cook the garlic side over the flame until golden brown. Do not overcook it.

  15. 15

    Take out in a serving dish with the help of a spatula, brush some butter.
