Ingredients

2 peoples
  • 500 gmturai cut into cubes
  • 1large potato cut into small cubes
  • 25 gramsroasted peanuts
  • 1 inchginger
  • 4green chillies
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • 2medium sized tomato pieces
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  • 3 tablespoonsmustard oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonwhole cumin
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • as neededWater
  • 1/4 teaspoonroyal hot spice powder/sahi garam masala powder

  1. 1

    Roasted peanuts, ginger, garlic, green chilli should be pasted all together.

  2. 2

    Now fry whole cumin seeds and hing in mustard oil in a pan for 20 seconds.
    After 20 seconds, added the potatoes and fried light golden after added sponge gourd fry them for 5 minutes. Add the peanut paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and cumin powder to taste.
    If oil is released from the spice, it should be covered with hot water.

    Once the potato and sponge gourd is cooked and the broth is dry, spread the royal hot spice powder/sahi garam masala powder and serve with hot Roti/Paratha...
