Assemble all ingredients

In pan add oil, add cumin seeds, allow to crackle then add hing and sauté for few seconds, then add potatoes + green chilli and sauté for 2 minutes.

Now add turmeric + chilli powder + salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Now add coriander powder and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now add chopped coriander and sprinkle 3-4 tbsp water, cover, simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Jeera Aloo is done.
