Ingredients

  1. 1big boiled potato
  2. 2 tbsp.Oil
  3. 1/2Cumin seeds
  4. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  5. 150 gmsfenugreek leaves
  6. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  7. 1 tbspChopped ginger chilli garlic
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1tbspcoriander cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Peel chopped and mash potato. Chop fresh fenugreek leaves and then wash and clean. Chop corriender leaves.

    Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds, add asafoetida, ginger, chilli, garlic and fenugreek leaves. Saute properly. Add potatoes, masala, salt and mix well

    Add 2 tbsp water and sugar. Mix well and add coriander.

    Tasty tasty Aloo bhaji is ready to serve. Serve with roti or puri.
