Firstly take sugar in a sauce pan,add 1/2cup water and food colour.Heat till sugar dissolves.Do not make chashni.Keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,slightly fry dry fruits,take out and keep aside.

Add 1/4cup ghee,add vermicelli,fry on low heat for 3-4minutes.

Add sugar syrup and dry fruits,mix.Cover and cook for 3-4minutes.

Now vermicellu is looking fluffy and cooked well.Add khoya,cardemom powder and kewra water Mix welk.Cover and leave on low heat for 3-4minutes till khoya melts.

Now put off heat and leave sewai covered for 5 minutes.

Garnish with some dry fruits and serve.
