An absolutely incredible twist given by me to the ever popular drink with the use of mixed Fruits. This particular one is unique in more ways than one. It has Basil Seeds along with Roohafza with Pineapple, Pomegranate and Grapes. A very refreshing one indeed. It should be served chilled. Simple yet so elegant and colourful apart from being healthy of course. Basil seeds add that cooling effect and I make this every other day to beat the blazing heat of the Sun here in the Middle East. Come Summers and there is absolutely a tough time for most of us. To beat the scorching heat of the Sun, there is nothing better than this Coolant. Serve this beautiful looking Coolant to family and friends. And what better way to subdue our hunger pangs or midnight cravings than gulping down a chilled glass of this satiating drink. It helps keep our body cool and has a soothing effect on our stomach plus tastes yummy too.
With the addition of mixed Fruits, it becomes even more unique and flavourful. Looks gorgeous and tastes equally awesome too.

Steps
- 1
Soak Basil Seeds in enough water for 20 minutes. After done, refrigerate just to keep them chilled.
- 2
First of all add Roohafza to a pitcher of water as mentioned. Now add Basil Seeds to this with Sugar. And finally add in the Fruits. Stir well and refrigerate until use.
- 3
Serve this super duper chilled at Iftaar. You will just love it. Yum!
Sugar can be totally skipped as Roohafza is sweet and therefore this drink doesn't really require much of it. So use it accordingly.
