Heat oil add ginger garlic paste. stir for 2 3 min

Fry onion

Green chillies.mint coriander fried onion. ginger garlic paste.lemon juice. yogurt n biryani masala in chicken

Keep them marinated for 30 min at least

Then boil rice with all ground spices

In a pan add chicken batter then apply rice layer

On top spread (saffron dissolved in milk)

Cover the pan tightly with cloth.leave for 15 to 20 min.mix them while serving
