Ingredients

  • 2cucumber
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 cupthick curd
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • For masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/8 tsp mustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel cucumber grate squeeze juice,grate onion mix both add salt mix it.

  2. 2

    Dry roast ingredients of masala and grind it. Now to cucumber mixture add curd,ginger paste, prepared masala and mix well.

    Kashmiri raita is ready sprinkle some kashmiri chilli powder and serve.
