2 servings
  • 1/2Sweet potato (100g)
  • 20 gYuzu tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the sweet potatoes into 1 cm thick round slices or semi-circle slices with the skin on, then rinse in water.

  2. 2

    Boil 1 in a pan of water deep enough to cover the sweet potatoes. When the sweet potatoes are tender and become soft, add the yuzu tea and cook it down.
