2star anise
1white onion
Salt, according to your taste
Pinchblack pepper
5 slicesginger
Halfkg beef brisket

Steps

To remove scums. Boil beef for five mins.Then wash again.

Then pour water in a pot. Add star anise, beef and ginger. Then keep boiling for 20 mins.

After that add in all ings then boil for an hour.
