4 people

30 gdried vegetables
1 canclams in brine (about 60g)
100 mlWater
1 canwhite sauce (about 300g)
1 pack(about 200 ml) of pure soy milk
2 teaspoonswhite wine (or sake)
A pinch of black pepper

Steps

Put water and dried vegetables in a pot and boil them for about 5 minutes.

Put canned clams in brine in the pot, and when they start to boil again, put canned white sauce into the pot then boil for about 5 minutes at low heat while stirring. Add white wine and black pepper to finish.
