This is a Eid ul fitr delicacy and must have dish for every home. After moon is sighted, women of the house start preparations. Specially blanching all nuts. In few home, this sheer is eaten like a hot soup style or some people likes it cool and chill. But it always serve when men of the family returned home from Eid Namaz

Firstly break the sawaiyyan, roast it in a pan and keep aside. Take some cardamoms, open, it put the seed in the grinder or dry mill.

Add some sugar and grind it. It turns into powder form.

Mean while pour the milk in a pot and leave it to boil. Once a boil come, put the cardamom powder. But keep the flame on medium.

Cut all chuwarey and add into milk.

Blanch Almonds and pistachio, peel it and chopped it.

Add vermicelli (sawaiyyan) and then almonds and pistachio. Cook it for 10-15 min on medium flame. Consistency shouldn’t be very thick or very thin.

Pour in serving bowl. Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Serve hot or chilled, your choice. We like chilled😊
