2 cupspowdered sugar
1 tspCardamom powder
as required Saffron
as per taste Mix chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)

Let Drain out all water

Hung curd is ready

Add powdered sugar

Add soaked saffron in milk

Cardamom powder

Mix with hand whisker

Add chopped dry fruits

Keep in refrigerator for min 2hrs
