1st make a kadai masala.Dry roast 1 tsp coriander seeds+1 tsp cumin seeds+2 dry red chilli+1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp fennel seed
on medium to low flame for 5/6 min.Then allow it to cool and grind finely.
Kadai masala is ready. - 2
In a kadai,heat 6-7 tsp white oil.add 2 bay leaves,1 black cardamon,3 green cardamon,4 cloves and 1" cinnamon.Stir for few seconds.

Now add 3 chopped onions.When onion becomes translucent add mutton,1 & 1/2 tsp ginger paste,1 & 1/2 tsp garlic paste.Stir for 8-10 mins.on high flame.

When mutton change its colour and water has been released,add 2 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp salt and 2 medium size tomato(small cut).Stir and cook all the ingredients on high flame.

After 7-8 min add 2 tsp gram flour and 4 tsp curd.Stir again.After sometimes oil will separate from mutton.Now transfer this into a pressure cooker with a glass of water to boil.wait for 2 whistle.

Mutton cooked nicely.Now add 1/2 tsp sugar,2 tsp kadai masala,2 cube cut onions and 1 cube cut capsicum respectively.Mix all well combined.

Kadai mutton is almost done.Add 4-5 slit green chilies.
Cover for 5 mins on low flame. - 8
Kadai mutton is now ready to serve. 👩🍳
