Ingredients

1 hour.
4-6 servings
  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 1 kgrice. (6 cups rice and 7 cups water)
  3. 3medium potatoes. Normal pcs
  4. 4medium tomatoes slice
  5. 2-3medium onion, slice
  6. 1/2 cupdahi
  7. 1 Tbspred chilli flakes
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 Tbsp(Shaan) Bombay biryani masalah
  10. 1 Tbspcoriander powder.
  11. 1 tsp cumin(zeera) powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 TbspGinger paste
  14. 4green chilli whole
  15. 3/4th cup oil
  16. 1 tspwhole garam masalah
  17. 1 tspPulao zeera (black cumin).for dum

Cooking Instructions

1 hour.

    Heat oil, add whole garam masala. (2 cloves, 4 black pepper, 2"cinamin stick, 2 bay leaves). Add 2 green chillies, and onion, fry till light golden, add chicken.

    Stir for 5 minutes, add ginger paste, all dry spices and cook for 5 minutes, add tomatoes,half cup water cover and cook at low flame for 5-7 minutes. Stir and add dahi.cook for 5 minutes.

    Add potatoes and stir and add water, according to your rice quality.(or as I mentioned into ingredients).

    Soak rice for half an hour.

    Stir and cook until water dries and rice are done. Sprinkle black cumin and 2 green chillies. Put on dum for 10-15 minutes.
